Refund Policy

Committed to customer care, we allow our clients to request a refund. Refunds may be requested in cases where:

  • the product provided by us does not conform to your order
  • there are editing errors
  • the delivery is not made by the mutually agreed time
  • Overcharged clients may also ask for a partial refund (this would usually be where the size of the document is changed after placing the original order).

In most cases a free revision of the work will be offered before a refund.

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. You will be asked to provide your bank details or payment information at the time of initiating the return. You will receive the payment after the product has been returned and processed.
